Phong and Linh found their way to me through Facebook and entrusted me with the honor of being their marriage celebrant. Their wedding will be held in Vietnam while their ceremony in Darwin was an intimate and simple one, a celebration shared exclusively with their closest family members. Yet, the love that filled the air that day was nothing short of magical.
Officiating their ceremony was an absolute delight, primarily because Phong and Linh embodied the spirit of a young and joyous couple. Their infectious humor and genuine affection for each other made the experience truly unforgettable.
In the days leading up to the ceremony, as we gathered to craft their script and vows, I was reminded of how love can often begin with a simple and heartfelt gesture. Phong, smitten from the moment he laid eyes on Linh, decided to make his move in the most endearing way possible.
